I build my freesites like this, except the main page is an index file.

My thinking is the main page is the most important page for a freesite, it's what defines the very nature of freesite. The warning page is just that, a warning statement that points to the main page.

Most times I build a freesite I'll build only one warning page and submit it to the top traffic sending LL, my primary group, and only months later I might build a second warning page for a secondary group along with some other unique element(s) on the page.

With this kind of dir structure I can minimize or even eliminate content duplication, and I might actually build a second or third warning page. Otherwise, I won't bother past the first because I might as well just build a whole 'nother site.

I'd rather not be slapped with duplication penalties, and this is just as true for my warning pages as my main/gallery pages.
