I too have created all new sites for my mirrors. New meta new text (or at least changed) and on completely different domains.
I guess the biggest issue I have is the dead list grouping. Im in no way saying I have the biggest best or anything of the sort, far from it. But I hate opening a site and seeing its clumped with 5-8 shitty or dead lists. As far as structure goes. I let many of the ones with directory structure like posted above in as long as they are quality and they are submitting me with live sites.
