I see your TGP.
Immediately a few things come to mind.
1. Why do you care if anyone ever submits there.
2. How much traffic do you have there.
3. If answer to 2 is not sufficient nobody will ever care enough to satisfy 1.
4. Are you as concerned about increasing your traffic?
5. If yes to 4 see 1
Traffic will earn you money, new TGP's are churn and burn. Sadly I looked at your TGP it's nothing special.
NOW. Remember this was brutal honesty and it may sting a little, but the point is you need to get your priorities together. If you get the traffic at that site together people will stand in line to give you submissions. In fact you will get so many that you see the light of 1.
But if you managed to read through my wall of text i will give you a bone. Trade submission page links on other tgps, that helps sometimes and those links usually go up faster than submission services will list you.
