I haven't been using --bwlimit at all lately.

I've tried --bwlimit=45 --bwlimit=24 --bwlimit=12 but all will make my Vonage unusable. Oddly not using --bwlimit doesn't seem to affect my transfer speed but my Vonage stays usable.
