Question

Mark,

I personally know a few of the girls who have sites on the Blazing Bucks network and would like to promote them. However, I have serious concerns regarding a clause in your Affiliate Terms. I've tried contacting Blazing Bucks support in the past regarding this issue, but never received a response. Specifically, I'm referring to Section 1 Paragraph 2 which states:

Quote:
Future Blue, Inc. owns the rights to any and all content and Materials located on Affiliates site, whether or not provided by Future Blue, Inc. (emphasis added)
First of all, I don't have any right to reassign intellectual property rights of other sponsors on my sites to Future Blue/Blazing Bucks.

Secondly, I don't want to give up the rights to content on my site that I've created and that have nothing to do with Future Blue/Blazing Bucks.

I don't have an issue with Future Blue/Blazing Bucks retaining rights to derivative works from Future Blue/Blazing Bucks content, but giving up all rights to unrelated content crosses the line in my book. Can you please elaborate on this? Thanks.
