Got up before sunrise due to my partner's new not so wonderful work schedule.
Our windstorm insurance contacted me yesterday saying that we would be cancelled if the ivy growing along the edge of the roof wasn't removed. I'm baffled by how ivy could be a storm hazard but not wanting to be without windstorm coverage I had no choice but to capitulate to this absurd request so I went up on a ladder yesterday and pulled down all the dangerous ivy growing on the roof soffits and then took pictures that I emailed to them proving that the dangerous ivy had been removed.
It's déjà vu for me as I'm taking Spanish 101 for the 3rd time starting tonight. Hopefully the 3rd time will be the charm but actually I've already forgotten much of what I learned last time.
