I feel like this is a chicken or the egg argument. Do I invest in dedicated server before I get traffic, or get traffic before the server?
I found one adult hosting company that does (shared hosting) 400gig for $10. Would that be enough to start using chameleon? They have incrementally larger packages too.

For promoting free sites you should be fine ramping up slowly, especially if you just use pictures.

It depends on niche and order (99.9% accept 1 gallery/day, a lot fewer accept 5 galleries/day) so my first submit is usually to around 300 TGPs, and the fifth one to about 100 TGPs.
Before the recession I was submitting 2 or 3 per day with about the same results as now.

Yes LL free sites do convert better, there's just lots more low quality TGP traffic to be had, so I concentrate on that.

I very rarely get rejected with free content and I haven't bought content in years. I found I made more money when I promoted sites with exclusive free content anyway. Try to grab the freshest releases possible.
