You're getting about 3 times the traffic I am, so I'd have to assume you're not making money for all the reasons mentioned. Honestly, I thought your site and galleries were not that bad. Mine are certainly no better. None of my hardcore has converted yet either. But my fling dating and virtuagirl is converting very well.
I really love chameleon as a tool. I don't think it should be compared on a traffic basis since most of the LL and TGPs are in its database. I do plan on cherry picking some sites and grouping them once I get some more time. For less than $2/day, I can't justify canceling it.

Looks like you've been around since before google! I looked around a couple of your sites, I do see a difference. You write to the surfer a lot and add some personal touches here and there. I've always wanted to promote cam sites, but really didn't know where to start. From examining your sites, I have some feel for the structure and can start developing a strategy.

This thread is really helping me as well. I'm learning a lot. I'm getting the feeling many of the sponsors have no idea how to sell porn, so mimicking their approach could be fruitless.
