I've had them so I know what it feels like and I too thought it was food poisoning.

I changed my diet to a low fat diet and over time I passed the stones that were giving me issues. It's been a few years now since I've had an attract.

My neighbor ignored his issues and over time the gallbladder ducts became so blocked that his pancreas's fluids backed up into his pancreas dissolving his pancreas and killing him.
