The proof is there in the screenshot that was posted over at GFY. That is not a normal CB ratio at all. You can't survive with that. There are times when you'll spot a carder early, void the sale/s and ban the affiliate. And then there are times you'll pick it up later and some of those sales will turn into refunds as the void period expires. There are always things you'll pick up on, either right at the start, or later with more evidence.
Aside from all the board drama no program would allow that to continue. As I understand it RD wanted to hold onto payment until all sales went through a period to check for CB's. The affiliate didn't want to wait, hence the board drama.
