CNN's "Sex Doesn't Sell" Study Is Riddled With Bias

http://business.avn.com/articles/37075.html

Here's my favorite writer Tom Hymes talking about CNN's "Does sex sell movies? Uh, not really." Even though I haven't been watching much CNN, I just heard about this obliquely from other people. And now Tom Hymes discusses it in his article.

The CNN reports seems to disparage how movies with sexual content haven't been money makers for the past decade. Somehow, there's an underlying theme here where media -- trying to be political correct -- is trying to pass value judgment on these types of movies as a whole. Which to me is quite misleading.

As sparklingly clear-headed and intelligent as he is, Hymes breaks it down and shows us how the CNN report is not only negatively biased but highly subjective as well. He questions the motives of the people who initiated this report and the logical flaws that the report used to maintain their thesis.
