I played around with a free hot or not script called "geek or not" and made this site to promote all the extreme paychecks hosted galleries with g-string content.

you (or anyone else) is welcome to a copy of the script files in use there... you would need to be at least a novice with php to make signficant changes but it might be close enough as is to suit your needs anyway.

*edit: I just realised that 2 of the pics link to GGandJim instead of extreme gals.... and they are among the highest rated
