I wear shorts all year and have been known to wear them when visiting Canada in the winter
I live in the Los Angeles area but would not recommend that. San Diego, Santa Barbara areas are really nice with a lot less smog and nice coastal driving roads. Nothing nicer then it being December (as in my pic) and cruising along the coast with the convertible top down
