Elmy, just on the off chance you weren't having a great day when you were reading, you just avoided Greenie's entire statement - yes, of course, I can buy a gun and shoot someone in the head. The problem is that a gun is a lot harder to get than EFS.

Beyond that there's legal penalties after the fact. And the cleanup.

You also didn't answer my question Yes, I gave Chameleon a test run, and also, yes, I had one of my own sites end up in it's database, with the net result of having to close the site down due to the hassle of having to review 200+ submissions daily.

Let me ask you this;

Does EFS use an easily recognisable user agent to do it's posting? If not, or if the user can change it, then EFS = spam tool. If not, then you should at the very least tell people what the user agent is, so that those of us who don't want to be bothered by it can slap in some .htaccess rules to deny access to EFS.
