1st thing you're going to want to do is get those links to this site off the 1st & 2nd pages - there's no sense in advertising a webmaster resource site to surfers - LOL
2nd thing would probably be to decide what you want to be - a TGP or a Link Site - then get a script for the site (emailing submits makes me think it's 1997 - LOL)
I don't think the design is that bad, but it could use a little tweaking:
1 - use normal text links for trades (there's not to many other link lists/tgp's that will force you to use the pre-designed recips like the one I have)
2 - make the image ads smaller & make them all the same size (having the blonde on the left a different size then the other 2 makes it look off, as does the size of the AP ads)
3 - I'd also suggest cvhanging around the way your do the descriptions on the links, but whatever admin script you pick will help you with that.
