Rape is a serious issue in South Africa...extreme problem it seems...
My wife showed this to me last year... has been out awhile...
Women have to protect themselves somehow...
They still dont have any real protection for babies though...thats the saddest part. There is a belief in SA that raping a baby will rid you of the SIDA (AIDS).
