I'd be worried about 2257 as well as licenses to use the content. I can send you pics of "my wife's boobs" right now, along with paperwork stating that you have permission to use the pics.

Of course, the pics would not be of my wife & the paperwork would be forged

I'd be very careful about dfoing something like that (even if it is a fantastic idea)
