Glad to help, and well man... just remember that there are no perfect sites...just read and reread the link lists rules..i suggest you follow http://www.link-o-rama.com 's rules..that will get you listed at about 90% or so of the places..
and once you have submitted on a regular basis..amybe 50-100 free sites to the link lists, you will know how far you can push things..and get better listings and get to know the people at them...they are very helpful with reg. submitters..you after all are providing thier content...it's a friendship type of thing that builds over time with them...

and not telling you the site isn't good, it just needs some tweeking and work before you submit it...you did right by posting it and getting a review prior to getting not listed and maybe blacklisted for blind linking...
