I'm with Giselle here - I too am totally new, but in my case still I'm still building my site. The answers given to Giselles's questions in this thread were the same that I was seeking - but I was spared the task. Thank you guys. I too will be posting my site up as soon as it gets going properly. To give other noobs an idea of where I'm at, I've been on my project since April this year and I reckon that I've got at least another three months to go until it is completely done - I'm working on it full time too!. I should be feeling daunted about the 10% is website and 90% promotion/marketing advice. Wow!

A bit of advice to others - I'm an experienced webmaster/host with an existing business, so SEO is something important to me. I actually have the various main pages of my website up now, although they're skeletons with mainly text applied, so that the Search Engine bots can start seeking them out. When it comes to SEO and being found by the search engines, especially Google, it is very important to have the title (in html) of each page made to be as informative as possible and it is equally important to have as much real text in the page content. I've noticed that there is a tendency for adult sites to have the text included in images, which the search bots can't read. Bare text is best, as is good, effective titles in the html.

That's my bit. Thanks everybody.
