I know it's not easy for those not in the USA to withdraw their funds, but if you're in the USA and can do an ACH transfer to your bank account this may be time to jump on this.

I just did that & it appears to have gone thru.
Honestly, take the $100 I'm missing out of the equation & I could care less about the Visa thing. I'd be happy with a company that could accept money from sponsors that do not pay via check & then transfer it to my bank once a week for a $3 fee.
