I agree with the placment of the webmaster programs. They do belong on a separate page.
The load time is pretty good. But like most, it could be faster.
Removing the word "young" makes sense to me. I am going to remove it.
Lastly, can you explain what you mean by stating:
"Starting to make me thing you are one of those non-nude BS webmasters trying to trade up to something that makes money."
