You should be able to submit the site. It will automaticly be a basic site. You should then be able to get the code by going to
http://www.netverifier.com/wm/getCode.asp
You should also be able to view the page site stats
http://www.netverifier.com/wm/sites.asp and be able to request a site upgrade to elite. If your still having problems or this is not working for you please send me a pm with further info.
