Good afternoon.
Yesterday, (the first day of my diet) I went to bed hungry. This morning I was okay. I walked 2mi (3.3km) on the treadmill and now it is time for lunch (2 hard boiled eggs, 3 cups salad and 1 tablespoon (25ml) of salad dressing). Two pounds (1kg) down and another 34 (15kg) to go!
My internet was down this morning so I am way behind on a few things.
