Wow I'm sore...
Spent Thursday lifting and tossing washing machines after the transmission in ours took a dump in the middle of doing laundry and having to run out and buy a new one. Then spent most of Friday and Saturday kayaking and then spent most of yesterday riding bicycles.
Today is going to be an Ibuprofen and work kind of day.
