Today I received this: "Sorry to reject the site, but I've had these new recip links online for a while and I need to go ahead and make sure everyone starts using them. Google is cracking down on repetitive anchor text and hurting sites. So before I get hammered, I want to start mixing it up."
Site was submitted on 11-19-10 (I keep a spread sheet) which was a month before your change
