Last week, me and his son, took him to the VA hospital. We both kinda knew, he was gonna be there. But we thought, it maybe a few days.
Well, it has been 7 days and they don't kbnow when he is gonna come home.
They ran some test on him and he knows about the high blood pressure and irreg heartbeat. But they are still baffled on what caused him to retain water, like he did. The water pills, he was taking weren't doing anything. His legs, just swelled up like ballons and got to the point, of leaking water out the skin. It was extremely painful for him. So we threw him in the truck and off he went.
I been looking over the Big Lug kiddo while he's been away. I brought him over here for a couple days this weekend, so he could get out of the house and later this week, after the ice storm, gonna take him to get his drivers permit and show him how to drive.
Spooky has alot of various things, going on with him and hoping they get him on the right path.
last week, every time, I talked to him...he was doped up on Morphine. Lucky guy there.
But swelling has gone down and yesterday, they tried to sit him up in a chair after being in bed the last week and legs elevated. His legs started throbbing with pain and actually bled. So, I doubt he will come home, until that stops happening.
I get updates daily and talk to him and his son, quite a bit.
