Unfortunately the NALEM people just don't seem to understand that there are *completely different* cultures from one discussion board to another and try to treat every board like it's the Zoo.
Maybe there needs to be a welcome letter email setting out some ground rules that goes to people when they sign up here. Not that it would prevent some folks from still acting the fool, but at least we can all say "Didn't you read the fucking welcome letter" every time they do.
