Just to keep you guys updated.
Scorpiolinks.com was not accepting any new submissions for past year (or 2). After I moved my link list to a new server I found it difficult to patch old script and forgot about it. Over the past couple of weeks I have been working on a new design and relaunched Scorpio Links on new CMS. I will leave all listed free sites online also I am honoring all link exchanges. However, I am not sure what I will be doing with the site going forward. I will keep you posted with news. In the meantime, no need to submit as old form is broken/404.
