I think there would be a more consistent treatment of the site as a whole, versus 4 separate pages potentially all competing for attention.
However, the SE's are getting pretty crafty, the big two engines (Google and Bing/Yahoo) might already be able to read javascript. It's actually pretty easy to simulate a browser (and allow javascript) when crawling a page, I think the only reason why they might not is because doing so uses a lot more system resources.
I'm gonna clean up a bit more code, and hopefully I'll have this site submitted today, with many more to follow. I'd like to do 3 submits a day.
