Just got off the phone with my doctor who talked me into getting an ultrasound tomorrow morning. Basically he wouldn't renew my script for pain meds unless I agreed to an ultrasound. Oh joy more money on tests.

There is a thread going on over at GFY about how expensive insurance has become while covering less and less. I so relate to this. I know five years ago my insurance was a lot cheaper and covered a lot more.

Going over to DiversDirect this morning to get Christy a snorkel for her birthday as her snorkel broke on our last trip to the reef.

Other than that just a day of work planned.
