Morning all.
Took my cat Oreo in to be shaved this morning. She was fine picking her up until she saw I was going to put her in the cat carrier and she turned into a snarling scratching ball of fury. Fortunately, I had a long sleeved shirt on, and only got my wrist scratched to hell. Had to get Jim up from sleep to hold the door open, and he got tagged to on the hand.
So warned the groomer about the problems getting her in the carrier, and when she called to say she was ready I asked how she was and her reply was "very angry." You could not pay me enough money to go through that.
Watched fireworks again last night. Kinda nice that a hotel put them on one night, and the town another, and then a 3rd night of our neighbors shooting them off.
