build your supporting network...pretty straight forward..
build and promote your main site thru free sites, tgp galleries, other blogs, SE pages and hubs...get known in places(social networking places, foreums, ect..)
and build and submit daily..
oh and have patience, it takes alot of time to slowly build your traffic up..each and everything you build will go toward that goal...many of us here have taken years doing that...so have patience and drive...
