You need good content, unique, exclusive. HD you cannot get on the tubes for free. You need to be able to utilize tubes for traffic, they have a lot of it so use them.
Open a pay site with bought content that is like a lot of other pay sites and depend on affiliates without utilizing tube traffic and forget it.
