OMG I got on a chat with ATT because we have our connection will go down for a minute or 2 then up a dozen times a day. He found something on the line and fixed it. Then he wanted me to check the email I have with them but never use. Well it didn't work. Got to the point he did a remote access and kept trying to log in. hour and 1/2 later, I finally just shut everything down, I don't need that frickin email! So I feel you pain, same here for me.
