The sad truth is that Americans will believe that statement.
The switch has already taken place once. At first we were going in to remove the weapons of mass destruction but once the intelligence came in that there were no weapons of mass destruction there a quick switch to "Liberate the Iraqi People". I’m not sure why we have the right to liberate the people of one country over another. Why not liberate North Korea, Libya, Uganda, Rwanda or any other country that puts people to death for crimes of the state. I should be quite since I live in Virginia and my government puts more people to death per capita then any other government in North America.
Those Canadians have been pissing me off lately and I hear they have oil. Let’s go liberate them! It should cost a lot less then 165 Billion dollars.
