Another beautiful cool night spent with all our windows open.
Woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of something crashing. Not knowing what it was and seeing all our cats in attack mode looking at the far side of our house we didn't know if someone had breaking onto the house. Stopped by the kitchen on the way to check it out trying to decide if the long serrated bread knife or if the large klever knife would make for the better weapon as we started looking around.
So there we are completely naked holding very large knifes sneaking around the house... Turned out that the shelf in the guest room closet had fallen. It was the shelf that holds all our wetsuits and winter clothes. I had hung my new parka on it yesterday which I guess was one item too many.
Besides trying to get caught up in work today calling the Russian leg surgeon to see what over priced and unpleasant thing he wants to do to me now that my leg has messed up yet again. Also I need to make a trip to Home Depot to pickup new mounting hardware for the closet shelf.
