It's The Biggest Loser night on TV and it's the day I start losing weight. I've got about 20 pounds to lose which I know doesn't make make me obese but it's important. With heart disease rampant in my family and now being over 50, it is something I need to do to stay around this earth for a while.
My daughter's meds have been increased and it looks like I will have a somewhat normal work day today other than taking her to her therapist after school.
