For the last few days, my body has decided it would prefer to stay up late, sleep for a few hours, wake up for a couple more hours, then finally conk out and demand the deepest sleep when I should be getting up and doing things. I was sleeping fine until my doctor told me I should work in my "sleep hygiene" which, apparently, has nothing to do with not masturbating in bed.
