I've never been able to find one I like enough. I just keep a long html page with a lot of different thumbnail layouts sized to fit in the main blog area. I choose a layout based on the sizes and dimensions of the original pics then I use the Automator application (comes with Mac) to easily rename pics and make thumbs in whatever sizes are needed for the layout I choose. Copy and paste plus a grep script or two to massage data and I have a gallery.
