I don't remember agreeing to anything. Especially not to the agreement rules being listed so every one can agree on the fact that I don't agree
Probably a good way to quick and easy point spammers and what not in the right direction for violating the rules... so maybe "we are in agree-ance" as Fred Furst said at some reward show
