If you look at Excederin versus Extra Strength Tylenol, you'll find that the difference is that Excedrin is 250mg aspirin, 250mg acetaminophen and 65mg caffeine and Tylenol is 500mg acetaminophen but no aspirin or caffeine. Caffeine is used to speed digestion, which is why Excedrin appears to help quicker, but, for me, I find the acetaminophen to be the ingredient that helps the most. Since I drink Diet Coke, I get caffeine from that. Just throwing that data point out. Wife bought Excedrin, but, at my current rate, I'll be through that bottle soon.
Updated (and broke) one of my WordPress plugins adding Pinterest support, thanks to a board member for pointing out my error, pushed version 0.4 up.
