No doctors, no IRS, just working as usual.
We need to decide what we're going to do with the basement since the insurance came back with the work order and quote. With the cash they offer it's tempting to get it fixed myself rather than with their contractors. Their contractors are $16,000 or they'll cut me a check for $13,000 and I fix it myself. Most I can do myself (it includes repainting the entire basement) while the drywall work I can pay a professional for. Decisions decisions.
