OUCH! I had physical therapy this morning & all was going well until the last "thing" he had me do. It seems simple enough: I was to put one foot on a small step-stool & then twist my body towards that foot while keeping my head straight forward. I managed to do 10 of the 60 he wanted me to do before I was almost in tears. And, just to top this new "move" off, 1/2 way thru, my hand went numb.

So I rested for a couple hours when I got home
