Artitsteer exports theme files that can be edited in any dynamic site editor.
You need to be running Apache, php and MySQL on your computer. Easiest way to do that is to install MAMP if you are on a Mac.
WAMP is for Windows but I don't know anything about it.
I'm still struggling to learn Dreamweaver CS6 but have opened themes from Artitsteer without any issues and made changes.
I really like Artitsteer but it annoys me that the Mac version is one version behind the Windows version. Also Artitsteer can't edit existing themes unless you have the original Artitsteer project file. This is why I'm trying to learn Dreamweaver, which I truly loath using.
