An hour at the gym a few times a week. I do the treadmill for 25 minutes and the rest of the time spent on the cable weight machines.
Weather permitting I kayak once a week, sometimes more. Again weather permitting bike ride a few times and month, usually around ten miles. Normally this time a year I do a lot of snorkeling but our weather has been crap so far this year. Also try to walk a lot.
