Just setting up an adult WP site so I thought I would share what I use. Feel free to add your own:

AA's Digg Digg Alternative - adds those Facebook, Twitter and Google + icons for people to click on. Okay, not so much with porn.

Better WP Security - Does a whole bunch of things to harden your site. When they backup your site before using, they mean it.

Contact Form 7 - Make a simple contact form for surfers to get in touch with you. Work in combination with the Captcha plugin below.

Google Analytics for WordPress - Like it says, a plugin to put your Analytics ID.

Pretty Link Lite - Hides a sponsor URL so it is not recognizable and hopefully more people click through.

Really Simple CAPTCHA - Used with the contact form above to avoid spam being sent to you.

W3 Total Cache - Speeds up your WP blog by caching content. Google 'optimizing W3 Total Cache' if all the options make your head explode.

WordPress SEO (by Yoast) - You could also call this a Moron's Guide to SEO. IMHO, the best plugin to optimize your site.

Yet Another Related Posts Plugin - Prompts surfers to click on other related posts on your blog.
