This is the result of drastically changing my diet. Cutting all dairy out of my diet. Not eating foods with vitamin K. Drinking one glass of red wine, drinking 30 CC of Apple Cider vinegar, plus walking as much as I could until the pain gets too intense, resting on a heating pad and walking again. Repeating this as many times each day as I can.
Having an understanding doctor who was willing to write me a script for Percocet once I explained to him that I would be taking them so that I could go to the gym and go for walks. At first he was against this idea but trusted my judgement enough to write me the script.
I'm just so excited that everything that I'm doing seems to be working that it's overwhelming.

On the subject of Percocet... wow it can be an evil drug. I ran out of them the day before yesterday and last night I went through a tossing and turning night of sweats. Good thing that I well enough that I can get by without them as I surprised how physically addicted I became to them after only using thirty 10mg pills.
Might try to squeeze a nap in since I got so little sleep last night but I need to be at the Spa at 1PM to go over the changes they want done to their website. I installed Dada Mail on their server last night so I also have to train them in how to use it.
