Didn't we just do Hump Day a week ago?
Got up at 4:30 to go to the gym with Christy. I'm down to just a third of a pain pill and up to 18 minutes on the recomadent bicycle. Will probably try doing the treadmill next time. I'll consider myself well when I can do 25 minutes on the treadmill again. Also started using
Nike+ Move to track my progress each day.
Should get the results of my blood work later today. Got a flu shot while I was there. I'm amazed at how many people don't get them. The nurse that gave me the shot said that she doesn't get them as she doesn't like needles.
Just a day of work planed for today with a strong possibility of a nap this afternoon.
