, I can tell you that our fine Mayor Rob Ford has little actual power. He has one vote on the City Council and he can appoint the Chairs of the various committees (Park and Recreation, Finance, etc.). Plus, he gets some extra staff. Today and Monday, the other Councillors are taking this all away. He'll be Mayor in name only. Of course, he plans to sue.
