The appetizers/dinner/desserts/drinks event was on their roof, where they recently constructed a new tiki bar area. No TV at all, just lots of great food (including excellent deep fried turkey and honey baked ham), half a dozen different desserts, and good conversations for about six hours (somewhat inspired by consecutive rounds of a roulette wheel based drinking game that involved tequila jello shots). Then just walked home and napped until it was time to go to sleep.

Today is work, some banking/bill paying, then another friend is having her first annual "day after Thanksgiving" dinner party. I'm thinking that after that I may need to skip a few meals this weekend.
